CP Implementation Officer

The CP Implementation Officer is the team leader of a key department, such as Sales, Procurement & Logistics, or Planning, that is exposed to fair trade compliance risks.

• Identify and manage fair trade compliance risks within the department.
• Communicate CP policies and requirements and ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Compliance Support Team.
• Lead the department's Compliance Practice Leaders and promote a culture of compliance throughout the department.

CP Compliance Practice Leader

The CP Compliance Practice Leader is a compliance coordinator designated by each CP Implementation Officer to support and promote compliance activities within the team.

• Support the day-to-day implementation of fair trade compliance activities within the team.
• Encourage participation in CP-related training, compliance monitoring, and awareness campaigns.
• Work closely with the CP Implementation Officer and the Compliance Support Team to address fair trade compliance issues and risks.
• Promote a culture of compliance and foster compliance awareness throughout the team.

※ The CP Compliance Practice Leader plays a key supporting role in assisting the CP Implementation Officer and helping ensure that team-level compliance activities are carried out effectively.
